Replacing your roof can be a very stressful experience, but Shannon helped to make this a positive experience. We were pleasantly surprised when our roof tiles were delivered on a Thursday and placed on the roof on Friday, we never lost the use of our driveway. Freddy then let me know the crew would be at our house on Monday and the roof would be completed by the end of the week, they were done on Wednesday. The proposal was thorough, was mid-priced in our estimates received, and in the end the best value. Top quality products were provided. The crews performed the tear-off and dry-in work quickly, thorough cleanup, and answered my progress questions. The shingle crew returned on schedule and were done in a half day. A roof replacement is an important and expensive investment--- selecting the right installer is key! More than happy with the planning process, the installation, and follow-up. Pedro and Chris (our on-site foreman) were incredible--- even when I took weeks to decide on the tile color--- they were patient, prompt, and thorough. After several months of interior and exterior renovations, the roof replacement was the best experience by far!

If you’re looking for a company that partners with a law firm to assist you with getting the most money to help you repair your home after a devastating storm and then turns around and negotiates all funds awarded, then Evolve is the company for you. After months of litigation between the law firm and our insurance company, funds were awarded and Evolve negotiated all of the funds awarded the day the checks were mailed out without having the physical checks or authorized signatures and has yet to complete all of the work. Work began in mid July 2023 and as of end of December 2023, 85% of the work has not been permitted or scheduled to be completed.Based on my research and knowledge, the work completed does not follow manufacturer installation guidelines. In my opinion the workmanship and quality is unacceptable. When work did take place, you are then asked to sign a document, that isn’t specific to the work being completed, saying the job is complete and you are 100% satisfied. In our case, my elderly, widowed mother refused to sign the paperwork, after one task, drywall replacement/repair, was completed and was yelled at in her living room, told she had no choice and needed to sign the document by an Evolve field supervisor.I have been in contact with the founder/CEO, Jay Z, according to the website, throughout the process I have been threatened to be sued and in my opinion I have been verbally abused, as well as feel I have been lied to on multiple occasions. Now Evolve is ghosting us. Since November 2nd, I have only received 1 text message from Jay compared to my 7 emails, 5 phone calls and 4 messages. Evolve holds all awarded funds, needs to complete work and is unresponsive. Based on their actions, I believe this is far from a company that cares for their customers. Beware!! Post updated 12/24/23

He showed me photos of various areas impacted by the hail and wind storm as well as what qualifies and what does not for insurance coverage. He also took the time to explain the entire process from inspection to filing the claim to how the work is done. He also always reached out to ensure his team of contractors were respectful, professional and careful to not cause other damage nor a mess by throwing damaged shingles onto the ground (they hang nets at roof level to collect the damaged shingles). I made the mistake of hiring a private adjuster he showed up at my house and asked me to sign some electronic documents without giving me the chance to read them.. fast forward 4 months my insurance company gave me only 500 dollars for my claim.. this was not even close to what I need to fix my property.. my neighbor told me about sean and evolve and how they helped them so I called them and they came in and refered me to there attorneys three weeks later I recieved 200k settlement and the PA took 20k for doing nothing .. thank God evolve was still able to help me and complete all the repairs. Highly recommend wouldn't know what I would've done without them.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I must give credit when credit is due. I was approached by a gentlemen who works for this company, he introduced himself as Kay. I had already filed a claim with the insurance company and had a public adjuster because the insurance company underpaid on all my damages. Kay explained to me that these insurance companies always underpay and he explained to me from A to Z how everything works. He offered to have me sign a contingency with him and Evolve to allow them to collaborate with my PA and begin working on my project while they pursue the necessary funds. I trusted him as he seemed like a fine gentleman and moved forward, 3.5 months later and they have delivered on every promise he made me. They put on my new shingled roof and gutters within 2 weeks and went after the insurance company for proper funds and successfully attained them. They proceeded to paint my stucco and replace my 2 damaged windows and pool cage.I thought I’d share my story because I know a lot of fellow Floridians are dealing with the same issues, I recommend working with this company and ask for Kay!

We hired Evolve Construction after the hurricane came and damaged our spanish clay tiles on our roof causing our son's bedroom and our living room to leak when it rains. Evolve put a new tile roof on my home. First the project manager I worked with prior to the installation was great. Evolve construction and Blake has been a blessing to our lives, we wouldn’t know what to do if it wasn’t for them. We had major hurricane Irma damage to our roof and CMR construction forced us to sign off our claim to them with an AOB and after 2 years of litigation and court the insurance company paid CMR a measly 80k for our roof. CMR couldn’t do the work for that so they charged us 50k out of the 80k to cancel us.. our insurance company then dropped us and we had no insurance for a while.. we finally got new insurance and here comes Evolve and ofc with the type of experience we just had to go through we told him to go F himself but after Jay and Blake explained to us what happened and why the other contractor failed we where a little at ease … Evolve did not ask us to sign over anything in fact they worked for us without any documents in good faith because of our experience and after 4 months we finally received a check for 200k and they just completed the work. We couldn’t be any happier we finally don’t have any roof issues and evolve ensured to hurricane strap and put on the best roofing system humanly possible… I am know a roofing expert and I recommend Blake Jay and evolve construction. What a team!

Jorge met me multiple times, brought different shingle samples and was on-site when my insurance company sent an inspector out. He was able to answer all of my questions. The insurance has issued a check to get the roof repair and they're not responding anymore. They received the money and have not come out to start repairs, they keep giving her the go around that they have been transitioning from one employee to another and now we don't know who is in charge of our case. We call the office number but all they tell us is that they will give the message to whoever is in charge of it. We have yet to get a call from anyone. Cecilia is the one that last answered and that was weeks ago stating that she would look into it and get back to us. We haven't heard anything. My mom just needs her roof repaired and no one is willing to show face . I dont understand how hard it is to just call her back and explain the situation to her. It is Oct of 2023. We do not recommend this company they are not responsible, and have stopped all communications with their client, that is unacceptable when they have already received the check to do the repairs.

When they first came out, everything seemed great. Good communication and tried keeping us informed. Decided to go with them and put a deposit down, after a few emails back and forth with our insurance, we stopped hearing from them. Didn’t hear from them for a good few weeks and then finally hear that our new roof will be installed the following week. Made it known that we did not want any surprises on the bill because our insurance did not cover our roof 100% and we had to come up with 60% of it. They said price was set to however much insurance quoted. Believed them and went forward with it. Installation went great, roofers did a great job. After installation our insurance contacted us because they had REQUESTED for more things for the roof WITHOUT our knowledge!!! Insurance approved some but declined most of the things they requested!! Very unprofessional as we were never notified that they had requested more things done for the roof and that meant we have to pay more since insurance doesn’t cover 100%.
